This status is displayed for parcels that have arrived in the destination country (Kazakhstan, Russia, Kyrgyzstan) and are awaiting payment. After payment, you can order delivery to your door or pick up the parcel from our warehouse.
Yes, we do. There is a section “Purchase of goods” in your personal account. You can fill out the form, provide a link to a specific product, fill in all the necessary specifications and we will purchase the product for you. The cost of this service is 10% of the cost of the product.
